Lloyd True Jr is the founder of LTJ and has been managing OSHPD projects for over 12 years as a Design Professional/ Owners Representative. Mr. True is a licensed Architect, an "A" Licensed OSHPD Inspector, California Licensed General Building Contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Lloyd was a key member on the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft Replacement Hospital as the project manager for the Architect on all aspects of constrcution to facilitate project completion and OSHPD sign off. DC Carlson has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has spent the last 12 years as a superintedent specializing in OSHPD projects. Mr. Carlson was the senior superintendent over quality control and inspections for the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft. replacement hospital. DC is currently overseeing a new 80,000 sq. ft. ground up skilled nursing facility in Riverside, CA as Lead IOR which is scheduled to be finished in October 2010.
