Lloyd True Jr is the founder of LTJ and has been managing OSHPD projects for over 15 years as an Architect/ Owners Representative and an IOR. Mr. True is a CA licensed Architect, an "A" Licensed OSHPD Inspector, California Licensed General / Mechanical Contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr True also holds an ASSE 6020 Med Gas inspector license. Lloyd was a key member on the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft Replacement Hospital as the project manager for the Architect on all aspects of construction to facilitate project completion and OSHPD sign off. Mr. True was the Lead IOR for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 460,000 sq. ft. new patient tower which achieved patient occupancy in 2011. John Wishard has 5 years experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager. Mr. Wishard is now in charge of all document control for LTJ and brings a project management approach to his organization for each project. Proper document control is vital to a project. This helps us assure the owner all aspects of construction have been inspected and built per the contract documents.

 

DC Carlson has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has spent the last 12 years as a superintendent specializing in OSHPD projects. Mr. Carlson was the senior superintendent over quality control and inspections for the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft. replacement hospital. DC is the owner and operator of DC Enterprises which partners with LTJ on larger projects to provide the owner with the best resources to assure a successful project. Mr. Carlson is an "A" licensed IOR and a licensed General Contractor.
